They told me to contact Social Security and Social Security and told me to contact the Pension office in Dover. The Pension office was my first call! Also, last year, during open enrollment, I contacted the pension office and was told if I wanted to keep the medical insurance and Silver Script that I had to do NOTHING. Now, with the new raise, Social Security is deducting for Silver Script and Highmark. The Pension office is also deducting for Silver Script and Highmark. Double Dipping!!!!!!!! Instead of Delaware being the first state, it should be the WORST state for retirees

E everything worked out fine except for no settlement adjusted came waiting for payment so I can get my roof fixed and inside ceiling no one called me back from insurance
