Denied having my service dog to accompany me because we didn't have documentation. According to ADA law this is not required. Also I am an amputee and my dog is registered with the U.S Service Animals. I told the lady working the front desk this and she said we had to have documentation. I have traveled across the U.S twice stayed in dozens of hotels never ran into an issue.

The front desk staff is fantastic, and the Mexican restaurant in the building is awesome!
That said, they should tear down this entire hotel and build something worthy of hosting such a quality restaurant.
The entire place is outdated and smells of mildew and smoke from 1987. I expect a respiratory illness to take me down every time I sleep there for a couple of nights. I can't believe Wyndham puts its name on this building. I'm not even that picky, but this place is gross.

This is not a Wyndham level establishment. The hotel smelled COVID damp. There were water stains on the ceilings, plastered holes unpainted, it looked like someone broke the door handle off the room across from the one we reservedand this was all before we entered our freezing, dark, moldy smelling unwelcoming small room. So like the new homeowner guy on the Geico commercial with the creepy dolls in the atticwe said NOPE. Did quick search and Found an amazing warm welcoming clean and wonderful smelling room at the Residence Inn one minute down the street.. That Wyndham in Dover needs a lot of TLC.

This place is falling apart. Roof leaks everywhere. Very unsafe hotel to stay at. Homeless people everywhere. Drug deals going down in the parking lot. Management refuses to help. Reserved this hotel for a group of military for two weeks. We had to leave after three days it was so unsafe and disgusting. 6 months later we are still fighting for our refund. Every time we call they say they cant find us in the system. We have receipts with confirmation numbers. Please do not waste your time. Wyndham corporate should be ashamed to contract with this group!

The room smell musty. no one was at the front desk when I arrived, and I had to wait 20 minutes to check in. Hotel needs to be rehabed. very unhappy with my decision to stay here!
Rooms: The mattresses are not very good.
