        Care givers were pleasant. Was overbilled $420 and have not received a reimbursement check that was promised to be mailed March 8. Numerous messages left with both billing and Jon the manager with no callback. No one answers a phone. Very frustrating company to deal with.

        After working for Silver Lining for the past 5 years, I have experienced the acquisition 2 years ago, it was very eye opening and a big change. I do believe change is good, as long as the Team works together and not against each other to achieve and maintain Success. I try to go above and beyond for my caregivers, because they are the rocks of the company, without them we would not be Silver Lining Home Healthcare. I appreciate all that they do and hope to work with for many years to come.
