The Hive on Loockerman

The Hive was the perfect space for my event! Chevonne and her team were so helpful in setting up the entire space. They communicated effectively and often. You were never left guessing on what was provided or what to expect. She even created table centerpieces by pulling my company's stock photos! She went above and beyond to make my event a hit and I would highly recommend to anyone! She organized the catering and bar, so I only had to talk with her. The whole thing was so easy to make happy and it was all thanks to her!

My company recently hosted a two-day offsite private workshop at The Hive on Lockerman and all I can say is WOW, what an amazing venue, team and member experience! From booking to execution and follow up, Chevonne more than delivered in providing a memorable experience. The space is modern yet edgy, with adaptable layouts perfect for collaborative sessions. Our corporate team loved all the perks too like freshly brewed coffee, variety of snacks and color-coded rooms to switch up scenery. The tech infrastructure from video to WiFi exceeded needs for hybrid sessions. Most of all, Chevonne, the passionate founder along with her family support team went above and beyond handling every need start to finish. They took the time to understand our workshop objectives, recommended optimal formats and ensured everyone could maximize productivity and connection. From an organizer perspective, I also appreciated the automated workflows for invoicing, visitor registration and sending resources post-event. This level of end-to-end thoughtfulness is hard to find! For any company needing inspiring backdrops facilitating deep work for out-of-office meetings, workshops or corporate events - The Hive on Lockerman is the new Gold Standard in Dover. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. For my first time being a host to have such a supportive team behind me and my vision was such a great blessing. I would always recommend this venue to business owners looking to host a nice event!
