The office is fantastic. Kylie, the dental hygienist, was wonderful. The dentist I saw was new to practice. This was the first time I saw him. I liked him very much, very knowledgeable and explained everything.

Liked the dentist. Office staffnot so much. My credit card is being charged 3% fee which was not explained to me beforehand. When I said I would prefer to pay be check, because they are supposed to inform me if charge before processing my payment. She said there was a note taped to the counter that I should have read. Well, I was talking and listening to her, not reading taped msgs on the counter. I asked her to reverse the charge and I would return with a check. She advised she didnt know when I would see the credit as it was a new system. Maybe, they should look into training before using the new system. She handed me my receipt, I thanked her and received no reply. Maybe training is needed in manners also.

Dr Webster is okay, the staff is not. Call the office and as often as not, it doesn't get answered. Leave a message and don't expect to get called back quickly. Fill out an email request for an appointment and never get a response. Dental Technicians are hit or miss - one I saw several times was good, the last one only saw me an hour after my appointment, barely cleaned my teeth, seemed annoyed I wanted to get a fluoride treatment, then only coated a few teeth with the paste. EDIT - Just read Sally Edwards review from about a year ago... I, too, had had no problem with my insurance, and then they said my insurance hadn't paid for the last few visits (but they had paid for earlier visits) - I called my insurance, they said they had no outstanding claims - the answer was that the Drs office had filed my claims under a wrong account # with my insurance - my account # has never changed - why they didn't check my account #, I'll never know - seems pretty basic, to me.

First dentist I ever been to who doesnt clean teeth on initial visit. Only take X-rays and send you on your way. Office gives a little racist as well. Receptionist are very rude.

Want to pay a large amount of out of pocket expense- go here. They are somewhat professional, but they can definitely come off rude. After I'm done with my current work I won't go here again.
