        The state of Delaware issues licenses and IDs digitally now as well as a physical card. POLICE will accept a digital ID for identification. Will your local Citizens bank? So far, sadly, no.

        Located in an historic building in downtown Dover, Delaware, the lobby has an old world feel. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. A visit is reminiscent of the past. Being a regional bank, versus one of the enormous insensitive banks, Citizens is community oriented. You will enjoy doing business with them.
