        I recommend going anywhere else. Although they're friendly, they are absolutely not looking out for customers. Came by for a simple tire rotation and oil change, and my axle fell off the vehicle a few hours later. Dealership claims it's from a repair I did 9 months ago. Management is telling me it's pure coincidence, that I drove 8,000 miles after my repair, and it just so happened to fall apart right after they had their hands on it, and even did a full inspection on the vehicle. Because I did the repair myself, they say my warranty is void. Absolutely criminal. Stay away.

As per our findings, the issue existed prior to the vehicle's arrival at our facility. Furthermore, we understand your concerns surrounding warranty coverage. As you rightfully pointed out, services conducted by non-certified technicians are typically not covered under warranty terms.
