Hertrich's Capitol Lincoln Service

Unfortunately they this will not let me give them ZERO STARS. I have been in the auto business for over 25 years. The service advisor and the Dept manager made one untrue statement after another about my Lincoln warranty not covering my repairs. It sat at the dealer for 10 days while the "Lincoln" warranty dept told me the repairs were covered but the dealership told they were not authorized. Only to find out they never submitted the repairs to Lincoln ESP service. Had to have the vehicle towed to a near by Ford dealer and all the repairs were approved in 15 minutes. Also, I work at another Lincoln Dealership pretty far away.

Buyer Beware!! I wish that I could give ZERO STARS!! My son bought a car from this place and its been one lie after the other. They sold my son a car with bad brakes and no roof tabs. So, my son informed the salesman that on the way home his breaks were squeaking and that there was a lot of break dust on the rimsonly to be told that it was all normal. When my son told them about the roof tabs, he was told that it would be handledjust to get a call the next day saying, they cant do anything about it. Then had the nerve to direct my son to AUTO ZONE! Beware of Chris I believe hes a manager, and the #1 liar! They all lie to your face and say that theyll take care of any problems that my occur, but when a problem occurs theyll tell you that there isnt anything they can do. I would not recommend this place! There are plenty of other dealerships around that will treat you better! Oh and my son paid cash!!
