        I've been doing business with this company for about 5yrs now. I put in some clothes and my shirt came back pressed but not cleaned. The staff said that it was only pressed. I call the manager/owner where the clothes are cleaned and both persons I spoke with was rude and nasty. Said they don't clean that way and that store don't know what they are talking about. But my shirt was pressed without being cleaned, no exception. Horrible and bad customer service. I wear tailored shirts and I want my clothes cleaned. Took them to Marvi's cleaners on Philadelphia Pike. They are more expensive but your clothes will be cleaned and professionally treated. Remember not the staff at this location its where they send the clothes to be cleaned in New Castle.
