*Update* sued all restored and WON. 10k! Dallas ADMITTED he NEVER put down self leveling cement and therefore not only caused out nightmare, he ripped off the insurance company that paid him. So...that is what you get with this disgusting company. He never tried to make it right and is narcissistic.
According to the contract, my elderly parents' flooded floor needed 253 Sq ft of self leveling cement. Welp, unless you put self leveling cement on top of old linoleum that is over asbestos and then lay laminate on it the same day with out 24 hrs drying time, then I guess that is considered quality work for Allrestored. Now the flooring is so uneven due to severe issues with the subfloor that it has to be gutted. Dallas does not give af. Many emails and no f's give. My parents are 87 and 79. Way to go Allrestored. You charged their insurance company for 253 Sq ft of leveler and somehow that kitchen is not level...and the floor is gapping terribly to the point that the dogs nails get caught in the gaps. My opinion? You are scummy.

We needed our bathroom/bedroom repaired due to water damage. The workers did an amazing job. The staff were very punctual, polite, courteous, clean and tidy in the workspace and accommodating to request. They were knowledgeable about the job they were hired to complete and kept us informed during the completion of the repairs. When contacted they responded quickly.
