        Trini was amazing at fixing all the issues with my bill, I did not realize I was being overcharged since 2017 with Sprint. I recommend asking for her! Excellent service and extremely professional!

        Stopped in here to see what plans they had available. The gentleman we spoke with was very friendly and helpful. He explained the plans and was not pushy or "salesman like." He was honest and upfront. The store was very organized and clean. It looked like a new location. It's located next to Bob Evans in front of Walmart just on Rte 13. Their plans are on the high side, so we decided to stay with our current provider.

        On 4/2/24 I stopped to this location to terminate my services in the last 4 months that I have had T-Mobile I have not had any pleasant experiences, however Antonio fixed the situation that did not have anything to do with the location. I had paid my bill and my bill was credited to another person's account the rep on the phone and Antonio kept me with T-Mobile.
