I have called and left a message and A week later they have been non responsive.

Apparently caulk is the answer to everything, both cosmetically and structurally, with this builder; but it is clearly not the answer to a new home that has settled and is no longer square. Anyone knowledgeable with Carpentry, and especially one who wants to see true quality work done, knows that the only way you address leaks and separations throughout a new build, is to get under the house, with jacks, and level the structure back out. Then the repairs and touch ups get done. Even if the settling is slight, this is the investment that should be, and needs to be made. Not to just buy a few tubes of caulk and call the deal fair; and especially not when the builder was issued government money to do so. I will change this review, if and only if Lessard Builder cares enough to do the quality work they claim to perform. Otherwise, this review stands as a factual account of what is happening with a brand new build of theirs. Tragic, if they wish that to be the case.

Called twice left two emails in the span of weeks. no response. #1 most important rule to a custom builder is COMMUNICATION. Disappointed.

Great place to work. Great family atmosphere. Brian Lessard (owner) is a third generation builder and is involved in the whole building process.
