Updating 4/24: walked in to a near empty restaurant and got told there would be a 20 minute wait. It seems that they don't overlap shifts. So we went to the bar where the bartender was having a personal party with two other patrons. After a 15 minute wait, he finally came over and we ordered drinks. He had to come back twice to confirm what we ordered, each time returning to his friends.
At the 40 minute mark, we saw people walking in and being immediately seated. My wife asked why we weren't texted and the hostess proceeded to argue about the correct phone number.
With plenty of options, the same hostess attempted to seat us next to a large loud party. I asked for another table and she looked at me like I asked for a table on the ceiling.
Once seated, we ordered immediately, knowing what we wanted. Then we had to wait for bread although other parties were greeted with it.
Once the food came, it was fine but service remained spotty and slow.
Definitely a big negative now.
