        Brought in several pairs of jeans/pants for hemming/alterations paying over $130). After a week they were ready but upon trying on, 3 of the jeans hems were not correct (all varying lengths). Extremely disappointing after being measured and providing a sample of jeans previously altered (which they also measured). Instead of apologizing or taking any type of responsibility, I was given the run around as to when they would be fixed, and I was blamed for not leaving the sample jeans with them (which is ridiculous since they measured them. I wore them to the appointment so had no other option but to wear home). Truly unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. Service: Alterations
