        Locked my card and and account and wouldn't help me unless I came to the closet branch, so when I went to closest branch they told me they couldn't help me and had to come back at 2:30pm when it was only 11am ....it's crazy they can just lock you out of your account and than tell u the time u need to be at the bank to discuss the issue

        Came into this branch on Wednesday and received prompt and courteous service. I had a complicated matter and Anabel handled it in a very professional manner. She is very friendly and made the experience pleasant.She is a true example of good customer service.

        One of the cashier was super disrespectful when called me to the window, I've been a costumer of Bank of Amrica for over 12 years and this is the first time I see someone that disrespectful at a Bank location, they should not allow people to be that disrespectful while serving a costumer and no matter what kind of costumer.
