Do not live here. TL,DR: extremely high rents, no amenities, lousy neighbors.
I initially was enticed by how well the complex was maintained. The maintenance staff are polite and prompt. That is the only positive comment I have for this place.
Recently, one of the residents assaulted his mother by ripping the windshield wiper off a nearby car and beating her with it. He then vandalized multiple vehicles in the lot, smashing windows and beating the hoods. The police knew him, he had had previous episodes.
The garages are not all rented by residents. One near my apartment is rented by a guy who fixes up cars and bikes. On nice days hell have engines idling for hours while he & his pals shout over the din. The lights on the garage building have also been out for months, making it quite dark at night.
Some of the apartments are clearly Airbnbs, which is a nightmare I cannot fit a description of here.
The pool looks nice, however the system they use for signing up to be on the list for access always has issues and the pool is frequently closed with very short notice in the summer.
The outdoor gym equipment has been broken since I moved in in 2022. It was possibly broken long before that. I tried to put in a request, but maintenance says its not in their purview, as does the leasing office, unsure who else to contact about that.
The indoor gym equipment is in two small office sized rooms. Having more than 2 people in the weight room (closet) is not possible, even 2 is a bit awkward. The machines in the other closet are always occupied as there are only a couple of treadmills, an elliptical and a bike.
My rent increased last year (2023)from $1955 to $1995 because my 1BR1BA apartment has granite countertops in the kitchen and laminate flooring. Mind you, these are the same countertops and flooring as when I moved in 2022. My rent is to be increased again this year to $2045, and I will likely be told the same nonsense. Comparable apartments in the area have gone DOWN in rent in comparison to last year, and even Philly apartments are more affordable than this place. Apparently people are being charged for the luxury of having a commute.
Parking spaces are not assigned, and depending on which building you reside in, spaces may be limited. Some cars never move and are possibly abandoned - there is a tan SUV in the parking lot adjacent to my building which has not moved since August 2023 (or at least thats when I started noticing it). Ive also been accosted by a man screaming at me in the dark lot (lot light was out) because he thought he deserved the spot I parked in.
I was charged $150 for 3 bags of trash being left near my door. I have never left trash bags outside of my apartment, though my apartment is next to the stairwell so it could have been anyone on my floor or the one above. The leasing office told me there was nothing they could do, and the number left on the notice I received would ring with no answer and no machine. The online payment system is set up so that payments go to charges in the order they were charged, you cannot select just your rent and pay only that. I had to pay $150 so that a portion of my rent did not show up as overdue. Could never get anyone to explain what happened, they got their money so obviously did not care.
The trash pickup for the last year or so has been inconsistent. When I moved in, I asked how often the dumpsters were emptied and was told on Mondays and Thursdays. This seemed true for that year, however fast forward to 2023 & 2024 and having even one pickup a week is not always happening. Garbage bags will be piled upon the ramp to the dumpster, or regular trash shoved in the recycling dumpsters. Speaking of recycling, those dumpsters are located at a completely different location than the trash dumpsters, most choose to drive to it since it can be quite a distance to have to carry more than a few items.

Staff are friendly and very efficient. The washer was broken and the maintenance team came and replaced the washer within 24 hours. Atmosphere is fantastic!! Its pricey but the service and amenities are definitely top notch.

I really love the community. The appearance is great. The maintenance team is awesome and the office staff is awesome. My only complaint is the floors are so thin. I hear every step the neighbor above me makes. I mean every step. It sounds like a herd of elephant above me. It is very annoying that I have to be on the same schedule as someone that lives above me. If not I would never get any rest.

I love visiting my family here the area is so peaceful and beautiful. The homes here are spacious,and the kitchen I love it. The balcony is the second best !!(love the kitchen)
