The woman who answered the phone understood what I wanted and told me she'd get back to me next day with approximate price. She did call back but at the end of the day and I'd already gotten someone else to do the job. But I definitely would have used this company because Brian is an excellent plumber and he's knowledgeable of the buildings I live in. The person I did hire did not do as good a job as he would have.

Brian said he would come between 2 and 6pm he said he would call before. I had to take day off cause of it and he never called and never show up.

I have a great experience with B's plumbing, Chris had helped me navigate through the manufacturer and home warranty company to repair my leaky shower, he was so patient throughout the whole process. Frank was awesome as well, he came out several times because the manufacturer goofed on the parts, but eventually he had the shower repaired! Fantastic group of people. Service: Shower repair
