One of the absolute worst doctors offices in the state of Connecticut. Getting cursed at by staff, talked about behind the window by staff, staff failing to send in prescriptions/fax over any paperwork of any kind, doctor Raad not taking my pain seriously in any way because I'm young. I mean seriously I could go on and on about the faults here. It's mainly the unpleasant front desk staff who make it particularly horrible. There is only one woman who works the front desk that literally is so nice idk how she deals with working there. She's like the only real human in the place. Other than that, expect to be insulted, belittled, not listened to, not taken seriously, and laughed at. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I moved on to Bristol Health and I'm having a bit more luck there. This place seriously needs to be looked into legally or shut down. Something isn't right about it.

I arrived at this place after a long wait (3/4 months) when I arrived I reported that I had lost or could not find the health insurance card in my wallet, however, I showed my ID and a copy of the insurance card on my cell phone! The attendant said that she wouldn't answer me because I didn't have the physical card with me! I argued asking what was she going to do with the card? do you just need the number and a (printed) copy? she was unyielding and after a long wait and protest she said if i had an impression they would take care of me! I asked if she could print? I got no answer! I ran to some businesses near the clinic, I managed to print it, I ran back with the copy and now I was attended by the manager who received the copy and said that I would not be served! in other words, my right to access healthcare was denied! I felt humiliated by the lack of professionalism and empathy of the Aliance Medical Group team! They did not act as facilitators, but as bureaucrats without the slightest bit of sense and respect for others! I exclaimed several times that they should be empathetic, humble and facilitative! but, they remained inaccessible and disrespectful! I felt my right of access to healthcare was violated by this institution!
