I hired Rosa to replace all the siding on my house, along with my front and back decks. The results far exceeded every expectation I had. Mike and his team were great! Mike was very personable and worked with us to plan the transformation of our bathroom. His team was courteous, thorough, and professional. At the end of every day they cleaned up, swept, and left a neat work area. They consulted with us every step of the way to ensure we would be happy with the final outcome. They did a fantastic job on our bathroom remodel. Communication with the office was excellent also. I would highly recommend Mike and his company to others and have already done so.

We worked with MF Rosa contracting to install hardwood floors as well as repair portions of our front porch. The team was fantastic to work with - beautiful work, done on-time, within the prices quoted. The team also went above and beyond on several items which was amazing. We worked with M.F. Rosa Contracting to solve a unique problem: we have a loft in the Master Bedroom that was only accessible by a ladder, which was really inconvenient and risky having to climb the ladder. Mike and his team provided a design that solved this by suggesting that the right way to provide access was to install a staircase. The work of every person on the team was excellent. The work done included the demo of existing walls, building out the framing for the staircase, which also involved cutting into the master closet, framing the new walls, sheet rocking walls and ceilings, relocating and installing a new attic door, building/installing the staircase and railings, trim work, staining and painting, There was also a section of railing missing in the loft, and the team added that as well. With the job completed, it looks as though the staircase has always been there, as opposed to an afterthought. The team was professional, committed to excellence, and diligent in protecting the floors, vacuuming dust and keeping the area as clean as possible. They also kept the building inspector involved throughout the project to ensure the design and work would meet his requirements. We are extremely happy with the outcome of our project and highly recommend M.F. Rosa Contracting for your needs.
