        Ive been a resident of Winsted on and off my whole life, when I was younger we would go to Sophias and it would be a happy memory, we had a memory made tonight, we called ahead at opening to say we would be there with about 10 people for a birthday party, all they had to do was push some tables together, they had maybe one or two other customers the whole time we were there, the waitress not only kept complaining about being there and that the dishwasher was new, but she also couldnt get any of our orders straight, and if we DARED ask for her to fix it or a cup of ice it was a major attitude and she was arguing with us about lids to our take out container, Nevermind we could HEAR her talking bad about us to the other waitress, talk about terrible customer service, on what could easily have been double the bill, we instead stopped eating, took almost all of our stuff to go and got away from people who obviously didnt want us there to begin with, will NOT be going back

        Found this place on way home from skiing and it was such a great find! Food was great and the service was awesome! If we travel thru again we will definitely stop again!
