They declined my moms surgery ride because its slightly over 10 miles and they say they havent received the medically necessary form from her doctor but her Doc has sent it over more than 5 times.
They also accepted her for a previous trip but it was declined 5 minutes before her appointment. This is truly upsetting. They need to terminate specific policies and only accept anyone with the valid card number and make an app so it can be way easier for those who need rides
The way they have things is is absolutely RIDICULOUS

The worst service ever and its so hard to speak to a representative because that damn robot wont shut up. Youll set up a ride and when the day and time come you have to waste your time and call them so they can send you a ride even though you already booked with them!

This service was bad before they got bought out but now they are worse and I didn't think they could get any worse. They have left my Mom sitting outside twice now with us having to scramble to reschedule her appointments so that she is not charged by the doctor. There has to be someone in the CT Department of transportation that I can contact about this service. not Elderly person should be submitted to this. OMG their staff that answers the phone. Just horrible.
