We had a fantastic experience with Mike and 360 Painting. This began with a very detailed proposal that featured numerous photos of our house, explained where there were areas that might need carpentry, and went over the entire process and options. Mike came by personally to add some paint samples to our porch area, as well. The final work was just as exceptional and detail-oriented. Everything looks fantastic. I even had a few last-minute requests to remove some items on the house and paint over, and that was no issue at all. Michael is such a pleasure to do business with. He is very responsive, fair, knowledgeable and reliable. He writes detailed updates so you are kept informed all along the project. My house was a tough job because we had cedar shingles that had sun damage on the front and a painting was overdue. I got several quotes for the job with a very wide range, which shows me some paint companies will price gouge. One person was nice but used foul language as if I were a drinking buddy and not a potential customer. One seemed incensed that I was getting multiple quotes (his was over $20K, by far the highest). And then there was Mike from 360. Mike was the most personable. Mike is not a paint scientist by any means, but he brings a paint specialist to the table to discuss options so I have no problem with that. By contrast, one of the competitive company owners does the painting himself, but he had a potty mouth and disparaged other companies. I chose to go with 360 because Mike was professional and kind and because he offered a competitive rate. I ultimately chose a semi-solid stain for my house, which proved to be not the best decision because the nature of this type of paint is that it can look different on different shingles, even if they both look the same initially. We had some ups and downs with the project (for example, we had to replace shingles due to woodpecker damage and now those shingles stand out because of the semi-transparent nature of the stain but that's not the fault of 360 Painting). They were clear upfront that the stain does show what's underneath somewhat (that's part of the charm of the semi-solid stain actually). We're happy with the result (and the new shingles should fade over time). Ultimately, Mike delivered on his company's promise to go above and beyond to deliver satisfaction. The house looks much better than before we started the job. The best endorsement I can give is next time I need painting, I will give Mike a call.
