Absolutely a pleasure to work with. Mallory knows the business inside and out. His terms are very competitive. One of the nice advantages of working with Provost is that the interest is paid out on the backend which helps control costs during the project. Mallory is thorough but doesn't micro manage the project which we appreciated very much. Provost Capital would be my #1 recommendation for anyone looking for get involved in Real Estate Investing.
