      image Deposit a check at the front desk, the teller states that money will be shown on account after a day. In the end it was on hold and took total of 10 days to be available. And it took me more than an hour on phone with customer service to understand this. I felt helpless and disappointed with the help from BofA. I wish this is a single case, but doesnt seem like it.

      image Went in to make a cash withdrawal and forgot my ATM card. The banker was super helpful and helped me verify myself via the app and complete my transaction quickly. In and out in a very efficient way. The building was also updated and very clean.
