My husband and I stayed here Wednesday night, March 13. Our room was non-smoking but yet it reeked of cigarette smoke. The quality of the room is definitely not worth the money. The towels are so thin, it would take 3 or 4 to equal the thickness of a regular towel. No fridge or microwave. No thick blanket and I was freezing. Also, the way the bed is located, there is no side to get up from, so I had to crawl to the front of the bed every time I got out. Not recommended at all.

Please don't stay in this motel just in case you would need a working toilet or heat in the winter time and you don't want to have your food your phone charger among other things stolen. When you want to call the front desk no one ever answers I don't care if you call 40 times they won't answer. Rooms: Everything is broken .the toilet,heat , microwave Safety: I left my room for 5 minutes and my charger ,and my food was stolen.

January 2024 My stolen debit card number was used to book a room here with apparently no verification. After a hellish morning dealing with the bank and law enforcement, neither I nor the police can reach anyone at the location to report it. Even corporate couldn't provide a working phone number. My recommendation...stay away. If the owner reads this please call Deputy Holmes at the Kalamazoo County Sheriff's office in Michigan. They have been trying to reach you as have I Update 2/17/24: In response to your reply to contact via the website you provided: It requires reservation information, which I do not have, since I never made a reservation. My debit card number was stolen which you accepted without verification. NO ONE can contact you via phone, text or email. My bank has addressed the theft of my money. Please contact Kalamazoo County Michigan's Sheriff's office/Deputy Holmes.
