Goal Physiotherapy and Sports Performance

I would recommend Goal Physiotherapy to anyone who is interested in returning to their favorite sport post injury. I worked with Sky after tearing my ACL and meniscus in 2023. He was knowledgeable and motivating. Through my trainings with him I could feel and see results. The atmosphere is friendly and upbeat and you can tell the staff loves what they do. I highly recommend.

Goal Physiotherapy is hands down the best Physical Therapy facility! My 14 year old daughter worked with Sky post ACL surgery and the experience was incredible. Sky is super knowledgeable, personable, and professional- he is very invested in his patients, and his communication to her surgeon was very comprehensive. My daughter loved the training sessions, the athlete focused environment and the amazing staff that made her feel so comfortable during her recovery! I highly recommend Goal!!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience at GOAL. I tore my ACL last year and I'm recently back playing lacrosse this fall. I feel stronger than ever thanks to Owen, Kevin, Z, Sky, Jake, Mike & Whit! I would leave every session with progress and with a positive mindset about my recovery. The majority of my time at GOAL was with Owen and I appreciate everything he did to get me back on the field. I can't thank everyone enough!

I went to Goal after tearing my ACL and had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere is so supportive and welcoming and made recovery so much easier. I worked mostly with Sky, and he helped me get stronger and more confident as I went through rehab and returned to competitive soccer. The whole staff is kind and knowledgeable, creating a great environment every time I walked in. Goal was crucial to both my physical and mental recovery and I cant recommend them enough!

The physical therapists are phenomenal. I was in need for rehab for pre-surgery on a torn hip labrum and am now in post-surgery rehab to get back to full functioning and beyond. Owen Gillam continues to provide personal 1:1 attention, therapy, and guidance for what my specific needs are with empathy, sincerity, professional PT expertise and experience in order for me to achieve every intention of mine for a complete recovery. He has repeatedly and proactively reached out to my orthopedic surgeon with finding answers to questions I have and is keeping my surgeon updated with my current levels of condition and treatment goals. Fully recommend this place for PT and conditioning and will continue to utilize their professional and effective expertise for the next 12+ weeks.
