I've been using this place for 4 years... The women who is the owner and also runs the front desk is great. She knows me by first name and when I pull up she is already pulling and hanging my dry cleaning. They've never lost, damaged or misplaced a single item. I've tried other cleaners in my 8 years in CT many more expensive and seem to be more high tech facilities but this place is the best.
