        Ron and Kyle came out to fix a garage door issue I had that was previously improperly fixed by another company. They quickly identified the problems and fixed them properly. They also provided upfront pricing which was very reasonable (the other company overcharged me). I will definitely use them again.

        Seem like a great company with quick service. Unfortunately IMO their price was just too high for the work that needed to be done. The quote was very professional looking which was to replace 2 springs, cables and pulleys for $600. In total I would guess at retail the parts are $100 if that. Sorry I will call Greg at American overhead door as I was referred to JAG by a buddy but did not work out. They do have great reviews so I am sure you will be happy if you use them.

      Michael,I am grateful that you took the time to leave this review. While I am sad we couldn't accomodate you on this service, I am pleased to hear some positive feedback as well. We take all feedback seriously and will look into how we can better accomodate a wider range of budgets and needs in the future. As you mentioned, we do offer several differrent options now. One of them was a lower cost than the $600 option that included other parts. Regarding the cost of materials, we do also warranty certain repair packages up to 7 years parts and labor. Additionally, we employ certified, trained, professional team members and are prepared to fix most doors in one visit. The ability to be this prepared does come at a cost to us but most customers find that getting the problem solved in one visit is worth the time saving and more convenient compared to having to come back with the right parts. Again, I am grateful for your feedback and we hope that in the future you would consider giving us another chance.
