Ok, so where do I start? I haven't even seen this doctor yet and I feel like someone just lifted a truck off my chest. I didn't even realized I was so tense about my son being in pain and we had to rush him to the ER. ERD referred us to Dr. Pregenzer ASAP because they saw a build up of calcium in the testicular area. Scared me a lot so I was on the phone all morning trying to get a hold of this office but they were closed. I decided to call the answering service and was told they would put me on to the doctor on call. They must have heard the distress in my voice because no sooner than I hung up the doctor was on the phone. SERIOUSLY less than 1min. Can you believe he sat on the phone with me explain history and current medical procedures risk for my son and reassured me he would see him as soon as the office open to give him a complete check over to ensure everything is great even though he had his chart and he didn't think it was truly an emergency. He told us how to handle the pain until then. I feel so much better that even if something is there this doctor will take very good care of my big child. Thanks for making me less stressed for the week end. I look forward to coming to see you soon. I will certainly do a follow up review after his appointment.

Had an awful experience with Pregenzer. I found him to be personally very unhelpful. His support staff was also abysmal. Would not recommend!
