        Josie far exceeded my expectations! From experience I actually didnt have much expectation from a realtor other than showing properties & those sort of back end logistics. Moving can be stressful on top of managing everyday life things, and she made the process of selling my home seamless for me. Josie felt like a good friend from our first conversation, takes charge in the best way & made me feel safe to let go of control, was extremely helpful in every area and even took the initiative to call around to appliance stores so Id have less on my plate (so unexpected & amazing!!), she helped out with so much at my home pre-move, and did everything to take any stress off my plate. Id refer anyone to her, shes an absolute go-getter and a gem of a woman who you can count on to be on your side. I appreciate you so much, thank you Josie!!
