Called to inquire about a property, gentleman was very rude and said property was rented. When I informed him the home was posted an hour prior he just hung up. Not professional or helpful at all.

-10 STARS!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! There was one particular place I was interested in viewing. First I went from no answered calls, to getting an answer from a man that seemed like he could not be bothered. So when I finally made headway with one particular property, I was told the property would be available on that particular date and that I could view the property on said date. So I followed up with this company on the availability date and was told that the place would not be available until another 3 mos. Three months, later (and the same place is still listed available now......almost 9 mos later) the place is still listed but yet unavailable??? Definitely a scam. Reported to the appropriate companies in Connecticut.

Absolutely terrible!! They listed rentals online. I inquired about them via online contact. Got an auto response. Texted the number, was told the place was still available. Then I called numerous times, first time it was just a bunch of garbled talking, not in English, second time I got a weird song. I called the main office and left 3 different messages. I texted the number on the listing again and got sent a different number to call or text that was too long to be an American phone number. I am trying to give you my money! How are you going to ignore that? Then I get an email today from trulia saying the listing is off the market. I really wanted and needed that place to live. Outrageous that you would even do this to perspective tenants and I hope the landlords find out about this. Terrible business, do not waste your time as other reviewers have said.

Same company as cosmopolitanhr. My bad I guess for not reading these reviews beforehand. Same guy that answers the phones - rude, curt, and unprofessional. Was supposed to see 4 houses. Asked me to confirm day of. I emailed again to add another house we saw. No response. I called the morning of. No response back. Stayed in Connecticut (we were driving back to NY that night) until 6:30. Never showed up. Called 2 different numbers. No answer. Called a 3rd number, same guy picked up. Told me I never confirmed, and that one of the houses was already off the market. I said what about the other 3 or 4? He said it was too late, even though initially he had actually wanted to start the showings at 7, and the office is supposedly open until 9. Many other amazing realtors, owners, and property managers in Connecticut. Abide by these reviews, and AVOID THIS COMPANY.
