AC Maintenance has done work for us since 2007 including: window washing, gutter cleaning, power washing and carpet cleaning. They are customer focused, reliable, and the work is always excellent! I highly recommend Aaron and his staff for home maintenance services!

I knew from the previous reviews of this company that they were very good regarding house washing. 2 gentlemen from the company just finished our house and attached garage and I have to say that our moldy, mildew-stained, dirty vinyl siding looks absolutely brand new. Did powerwash and windows/screens. Very thorough job. Hand scrubbed when powerwash didn't get clean.

We bought the house in 2011 and had new siding added at that time and thought we were good on that front. In 10 years we hadn't noticed what mother nature and father time had done to our siding as we thought the khacki color would hide normal dirt and grime. We hired AC Maintenance to power wash our house, mainly to get to a shady side of the house and a moldy portion of our deck but were not expecting the amazing results. What we were not ready for was how terrific of a job they did and in a short time. The whole house popped with a bright shine and cleanliness not seen since the siding was brand new. My wife and I loved their work and were very pleased. Aaron and his staff were amazing and curtious. I will definitely recommend him to our friends and give him a ring in another decade...
