I am so frustrated with this business. My landlord uses them for landscaping and snow removal, and I doubt he will be using them again. For landscaping in the fall, the service was fine. For snow removal, it was terrible. The first snowstorm we had, my driveway didnt get plowed until close to 8pm when every other house on my street had been cleared since 8am. When they plowed, they barely plowed and I still had to shovel to get my car out. The next two snowstorms, they didnt even show up. The last snowstorm we had, I tried calling with no response for a while and my driveway was not cleared until night. I ended up missing an appointment because I couldnt get out of my driveway. When they finally did come, they did not do a good job again. I would not recommend using this service for your snow removal and I have been let down every snowstorm weve had.
