I hired Integrity Benefit Partners to analyze our pension vendor and portfolio and report the findings to the town. We decided to put the benefits package out to bid, after which Bill returned with a recommendation for a new record keeper and portfolio. He helped us understand our current retirement plan, portfolio, and associated fees, and he showed us what was available to us in the market. Bill took a hands-on, consultative role, meeting with the employees and answering all their questions, which were many. The IBP team provided both employee-wide and 1-on-1 meetings. Many employees came to those meetings with their spouses because they had spent decades with the town accumulating their retirement savings. Bill walked them through the process, giving them the confidence to move forward. The concerns the employees had were real, and we took them seriously. I was happy to have IBP behind me.
