        Excellent testing center. The staff went above and beyond for me when my score report had my incorrect information. They assisted me graciously in correcting it.

        The two women at the front desk are beyond rude and have zero customer service experience. Very insensitive and should not be working at a testing office. Before going to this facility go to the facility and get THEIR rules and regulations because the testing office sets there own rules not matching up with PSI. Once you get your confirmation from PSI and are looking to test in West Hartford, either chose a didnt facility or get their regulations a few days prior because these two women will try there best to discredit you or pick at anything they can so your unable to take the test and you will lose your payment from them not letting you take the test which is very unfortunate. This facility needs new front desk staff.
