We Mediate

I am grateful for Jessicas invaluable support and her efficiency during the divorce process. Her calm demeanor and neutrality helped defuse tensions, making the process smoother. Her attention to detail impressed even the court clerk. Most importantly, she was fair to both of us and helped us understand each point of view during the process. And she helped us to look at options that worked for both of us. She genuinely wanted the best for both of us and never favored one side over the other. I cant say enough about Jessica Lastarza and the support she provided to us during the divorce process. We initially started with a different mediation firm and unfortunately had a very poor experience. Once we met Jessica we knew we had the right person!! She was compassionate and so easy to talk to. She was so efficient, we always felt our time was spent wisely with her (so not to rack up unnecessary bills). The communication from her was phenomenal; we always knew where we were in the process and what was happening next. She was very responsive whenever we reached out with questions. She was thorough and took the time to make sure we felt comfortable with our decisions. When we disagreed on a point Jessica listened, always staying neutral, and was able to provide options where we both felt heard and felt good about the outcome. We highly recommend Jessica Lastarza if you are a couple divorcing and considering mediation.
