West Hartford Family Dental

It's been a bad year for my teeth. I've had old fillings break, and then break again, and with my insurance also changing recently, I've been hopping around between different dental offices and it's been truly a pain. I feel MUCH better after finding this office. I came in to have a broken filling fixed, and the experience couldn't have been smoother. I felt welcome and very secure in the fact that I'd be well-cared for. The novocaine shots were administered very well with minimal pain, and the actual procedure was painless and fast. The dentist and dental assistant (hygeinest?) also took great care when adjusting the final bite. Even though West Hartford Family Dental is not in-network for my current insurance plan, I will be returning here as much as possible, including for a cleaning which has already been scheduled. Absolutely wonderful experience - clean, professional office with a friendly atomosphere from waiting room to dental chair. They even provided me with a courtesy 10% discount due to not using insurance. I don't know if they can always do this, but it was a nice surprise to save a little out-of-pocket. This is a 10/10 business. Good work y'all, keep it up!

Always love this dentist its one of my first dentist. Staff is pleasant and I adore my dentist. _Teresa is the best. And Jenki Patel is a really good too. Thanks for the exceptional and truly emasculate services.
