I've had such a great experience with Dr. Berry's office. The whole office is friendly and professional. Kelly, Heidi, the Hygienist, & Dr. Berry make it such a pleasant experience. When I came from Ga, their office was highly recommended. I'm glad I listened and went to their office. You should do the same!!!!!

Dr. Berry and his staff are excellent. I was in search of a new dentist when my dentist retired and am so happy with the care offered here. I was overdue for dental care and they were able to fit me in quickly as a new patient earlier this year. Kelly, the manager, has been so helpful with recent insurance difficulties. Highly recommend this practice.

I recently had a new patient visit and cleaning at Hartford Dental Associates and was very impressed. My appointment started on time, a huge plus from the beginning. Everyone was very friendly and conversational. First, Heidi (Dental Assistant) took all of my x-rays and photographs of my teeth; she was very thorough. Next, I had my exam with Dr. Berry, who was also friendly, and I could tell he likes to joke around, which was nice, given a lot of people are anxious during dental appointments. I had a few questions, which he answered and explained next steps. Lastly, Brittnae (Registered Dental Hygienist) did my cleaning. She measured all of my periodontal pockets -- something I've never had done before, so I was highly impressed by the level of attention and care they give their patients. Brittnae explained everything she was doing and answered all of my questions. Most importantly, she was very gentle on my teeth and gums during the cleaning. The office takes all COVID safety precautions, which was such a relief. Everyone wears a mask (surgical or N95 or both), and I noticed HEPA filters throughout the office. In addition, the office is completely digital (no paper!) and very modern. Overall, I have had a very positive new patient visit and am looking forward to my next cleaning. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good about Dr. Nathan Berry and his staff. I've been with him for about four years. He is smart, personable, highly skilled, and extremely up-to-date in the latest advances in dentistry. I just have a crown put in, for example, and he used a new digital template system and on-site crown creation system that enabled him to do the whole job in two hours. No temporary crown. And the new one fits perfectly, thanks to precise digital measurements. And he tells you exactly what he is doing the whole way along. He never pushes unneeded treatments. And his staff is friendly and very gentle and competent. I just cannot recommend him highly enough.
