If I can give this dentist zero stars, I will its so unprofessional I do not understand why they are running their professionalism. Their customer service and Care is horrible. I got a root canal from them and that was in September 2023. I suppose to have my crown and its March they come up with the most excuses and the lady that do the crown and post always gone away and they always have to call and say Im sorry. Im sorry Im sorry we have to change your schedule because shes going to go away, its so unprofessional that when they told me to come in to get my post done and I scheduled it and everything and I went there but I had a very important phone call and I know that my appointment was at 2:30 at the time and it was only 219 and they do not have phone calls inside of that establishment which I respect so I stepped outside, but I was almost finished with my very important phone call and the lady that is Hispanic came out very rude, very disrespectful and was like you need to come in now and I was like my appointment is at 2:30 and its only 2:19 and she got upset because I said I will be there Im on a very important phone call. I will be there at 2:25 because its only 2:19 She got mad and upset and said OK we are not going to serve you today. I was like OK bet so I got my husband and I removed from this establishment. AND AS WELL Im still waiting for my x-ray from them after I just left and I given them my email address 1000 of times and I still dont see my x-rays on my email and I called up there and the lady was being very petty and disrespectful but again because Im professional and I came from customer care and I am professional again I didnt go on her level . I cannot play with their unprofessionalism and they are so uncanny and I really dont understand how they can keep people after T-Mobile was shut down from that place that dentist shouldnt be opened. There are so many places that is so professional and I would. NEVER Recommend this place to anyone not to my worst enemy. It dont take years and they come up with thousands of excuses and they do not care. They are rude and if I wasnt professional, I would went off on that lady ! I wont be shocked if this place was shut down. Go somewhere else that you your money and your insurance Respected and taken care of because you wont find it here! .

Very bad had wisdom tooth that needed to be pulled even with the Novocaine was still in pain when she tried had to go to a oral surgeon in West Hartford he had it out in 3 minutes don't recommend this place only care about money not the patient

This a very unprofessional place to get attended to. They call you with less than a week to reschedule. When they should done this prior. Im sure the will not last long here.
