Cumberland Farms

Terrible customer service. Used to be a pleasant business. The employees now working there are rude. The business sometimes close earlier than advertised. Coffee is not refrehreshed. Bathrooms are closed 3 hours prior to closing. Terrible customer service period!

4.42 is the price for gas+but reg is 2.92. This confuse me

I was in the store yesterday at 9am. The coffee pots were empty. I asked for assistance, and got snapped at because as she said they were "jaberjawing" she told her friend behind the counter she's sorry, but she has to work now.....REALLY is not that what your getting paid for, not talking and screaming so loud they can here you in the parking lot!

I am a regular.. Every morning I comafter new management and new employees. Employees are talking among each other and eating in front of customers.. Nothing is never stock. In fresh.. Today I went on my regular 6 am and there was no employees doors are closed

I am very big fan of Cumberland farms and there prices, but I have to say new park ave cumbies in west Hartford has the worst customer service I've seen. They seem to not have any work ethic or customer service skills. Very rude. And it is always the same when I go there.
