I contracted with E B Carports back in early 2023. The construction took 2 days. I paid in full. The roll up door never rolled up correctly. I have been extremely patient with them over the last 6 months. Promise after promise to fix go without any action. Unfortunately I had to post this and will be filing a civil claim Service: Steel shed design & building

At first they seemed great, very helpful and fast to respond; that all changes once they have your deposit. It took days of me reaching out to them to get a simple response. Then they scheduled a time to show up and came 3 hours later then said time and did not feel the need to inform me that they would be late. To top it off they did not have all of the materials to perform the work after I lost of a day of work to be there for them. I had to then leave early again another day for them to come back only to once again show up 5 hours later then I was told that they would be there without a call this time either. And the worst part is that the product comes all scratched and dented, they strip out screws when installing so you are left with holes in the metal, they leave screws out of areas that clearly needed them (good thing they left about 30 in my lawn) long story short if you decide to use them after all of these reviews you deserve what you get, please research and find another company Service: Carport design & building

INSTALL WENT GREAT BUT THEN NOTICED ALOT OF SCRATCHES ON THE METAL....ASKED FOR SOME TOUCH UP PAINT AND 10 CALLS LATER AND PROMISES EVERYTIME...NO CUSTOMER SERVICE....LOUSY CUSTOMER CARE AFTER THEY GET YOUR CASH.....
