Good Afternoon, I just had the most amazing experience with Ismael. Since I am just a little above dangerous when it comes to technology I was not looking forward to a session on cleaning up my Robo Form, making my logins more secure, and using more secure procedures. Ismael had the patience of a saint, or I guess it would be better to say a "professional". He never made me feel inadequate or unskilled. We resolved all of the issues including an issue I was having with Outlook. That one took a while. Ismael was determined to find the problem and resolve the issue. Which he did and taught me how to fix it if it occurs again. Thank you for providing an environment which encourages exemplary service, and for training your team to assist a customer who comes to the table with some technology issues.
