Butterfly Chinese Restaurant

Nothing that you wrote as any truth to it. I was the only the only restaurant employee you had any interaction with after ordering with the bar staff, and I NEVER even spoke to your children. I did inform you that karaoke was 21 and over however you chose to ignore me and let the two children run around the bar and yell and scream, also the gentleman was doing wrestling moves with the one child on the dance floor. I will not get into more detail but suffice to say that behavior like that belongs in your living room not my or any other restaurant or bar.I am aware of issues between your party and other patrons both regular patrons and a group just here to celebrate a birthday. I will not get into the context of the issues only to ask, if you are out at a bar should random children be running around, sometimes to your table or chair or should you be able to enjoy your drink? I will tell you that there was no bias, the reason I do not allow children for karaoke is a safety issue. During karaoke the environment is fast paced and loud with patrons and staff moving very quickly sometimes with trays containing plates and glasses. Couple these issues with alcohol and you have a recipe for serious injury.
