Sarah was so easy to work with and helped us make our new home dreams come true. About 2 months ago, we found ourselves in an odd position: we had intended to sell our house, but someone knocked on our door and made us an offer we couldn't refuse before it was even on the market yet. We needed to find a new place fast -- but we also didn't want to "settle" and were really looking for a place that would be perfect for us for the long term. Sarah worked diligently to find us listings that fit all our wants and needs. She was a great listener at showings and helped us narrow down our options by learning about what mattered most to us. She was also so knowledgeable about hidden traps to look out for as viewed different houses, and she was an amazing advocate for us in the negotiation process (which I have to say - is high praise coming from me because I am an attorney and have never been pleased with how real estate agents have negotiated on my behalf in the past). On top of all that, she was always available to us whenever we needed her and was a master at making challenging schedules work.
