The customer service here can be hit or miss but they make the effort to rectify things! At the time, I wasn't compensated for an order even with proof of purchase when an item is / was unavailable. Those that work there are great people and I enjoy the food there. Maybe some aren't fully up to speed, and the store / region reached out to me to rectify things after this review - which tells me this review needs a proper update and future consideration. Old Review: Ordered two shakes but the machine was broken on 3/10/24. Was told to COME BACK WITH THE RECEIPT and I would be taken care of who I believe is a shift manager (has tattoos, lighter hair older). The other manager who was here said nothing could be done and she needed writing on the receipt. Ive never heard of this being a thing in McDonalds having worked there myself when I was younger. On top of that, an other customer came up and needed an item fixed - he had a receipt for his sandwich and the manager promptly took the sandwich back and its being remade for him with no need for writing.

ONLY COME HERE DURING THE DAY. Ordered online and picked up at window. When I arrived at the order screen, the lady proceeded to say my name without asking me and to have me drive forward. From there I had to wait 20 minutes for a mobile order with no one else in sight. I received the order to find that it was not correct at all. Went back through the drive through for the manager to come on the mic and tell me to pull forward. When I came up to the window, she proceeded to tell me that I had ordered incorrectly and that if I wanted a the correct sandwich I would have to pay for it. When I arrived back my house I checked my app to see the order is correct . I have been going to this McDonalds my whole life and they are great! BUT GET RID OF THAT TERRIBLE NIGHT TIME MANAGER. Has no customer service skills at all and needs to go. Will not order past 9 PM anymore.
