The worst customer service I have ever encountered in my 70 years! I had brought in some items previously for a credit and the debit card that was used had to be canceled because of a case of fraud. I was given a gift card instead. I was fine with that, but it didn't work when I tried to use it online. I called the store and was told by Ernesto to bring it in and they would match the numbers. He is the manager and came out of the back with the most snarky attitude. Right from the beginning of his so-called "assistance" I was made to feel responsible for the card not working! I became frustrated and he said you're becoming emotional!
That became his focus instead of trying to resolve the problem with the card! He was useless! Another supervisor came out and she said "oh I don't know what to do!" I had to repeat myself to her that the card did not work and she said, "Well, you accepted it didn't you?!" I accepted it thinking that it would work! While Ernesto stood there again completely useless! The woman checked the numbers and said it was able to be used and I said Well it didn't work for me and she said well you must have put in the wrong numbers! I always re-enter numbers if it doesn't work the first time!! It still did not work when I tried it again! It said either deactivated or inactive! The woman continued to argue with me and started to take me in the back to resolve the issue and then took me back to the cashier and said to give me cash! That's what I wanted from the beginning but no, they had to give me nothing but opposition and trouble!

Searched for tags then had the lady at checkout tell me that the price was triple for the item that was on clearance .. fire your idiot staff and you will save money!!
