Front desk, nurses and doctor is super friendly which made it a smooth visit. They took their time to ask questions and listened to my concerns. Had an appointment and got in right away. Clean environment. This will be my go to urgent care.

My experience was a terrible one and in the future, I would not use this facility. The reason for this review is that I received a call to discuss my mom's blood work results 6 business days after an in-person visit, despite the lab results being uploaded days previously. I am left to wonder if it is because I paid out of pocket since she does not reside in the US and has no insurance we got this level of service/ treatment. I specifically asked for a certain blood test because of her history and I was told it would be performed over and over during the in-person visit and it was not! I was then told when I asked about the test over the phone on the follow-up call that they could not order it because only the hospital could order that test! Why wasn't that told to me when I asked over and over so I had the opportunity to decide if I wanted to proceed or head to the hospital? I now have a lab bill with unnecessary blood work that I must pay out of pocket and I have no definitive diagnosis that says what is wrong with my mom! People without insurance (visitors) should be given the opportunity to discuss the estimated costs for lab work to be completed before ordering tests. Patients should not be left to figure out how to cover these costs. A good faith estimate should be given. Very upset!
