Theresa Beckwith is an outstanding tax accountant with H&R Block Waterbury, CT. She is very knowledgeable of the latest tax laws, and helps by giving advice while preparing your taxes. I highly recommend her.

I've come here for the last 3 years never a problem there's always professional employees working but today had to walk out and take my business to Jackson Hewitt as when you walk in you don't know who's an employee or customer as everyone dress as if they at the mall all dress down then the lady who tried to take care of me I guess didn't know how to add dependents cause when she asked if any changes from last year stated yes adding a dependent she said you can't do that asked why she said cause you can't you was suppose to call the irs and tell them before coming in to h and r block which I said are you serious cause I thought she was playing but she was serious so then I said I'll go to Jackson and before I can say Hewitt she said goodbye and slid me w2 papers to me and walked away..hire people that want to work not people there for a pay check that don't care about the customers
