Burger King

Food was great and staff were kind of nice. Was hard to do my survey and give feedback on specific employee as they are all named culture warriors according to their name tag.

Terrible, Dont bother unless you have plenty of time to waste. 1 car in front of me and had to wait 15 minutes, didnt even get my food. Got tired of waiting for a basic order. Unreal

Went on my lunch break and it was busy. I understand and patiently waited. When I did put in my order I specifically stated I wanted my whopper off the broiler and then I proceed to let them know I don't want my cheese melted in the microwave. I am waiting and you can clearly see in the back while they are making your burger. The burger was not off the broiler and it was put in the microwave to melt the cheese. I told the employee that I wanted it off the broiler so the cheese can melt on it's own and not have to be put in the microwave. She then told me that's how they do it and that was the end of her explanation. I wasn't given an option of making it over. I worked previously many years ago in Burger King and have gone to others to know you do not have to put the burger in the microwave. Hence the quote " Have it your way". I asked for a refund and just left to eat somewhere else. I understand they were busy and I was willing to wait for a fresh burger, but I wasn't going to pay for a burger put in the microwave.
