This place is disgusting and unsafe im surprised the state hasnt shut this place down. The residents are being abused and they dont clean that place it stinks in the residents rooms.

As a traveling nurse, I was banned because I advocated for myself that I couldn't work as a Supervisor in addition, I was informed to work as a floor nurse for a 17 patient assignment. Unfornately, I have to escalate this matter because this is unsafe for any traveling nurse who has never worked in this facility. The sad part no one was willing to orientate me they just wanted a body. What ever happen to patient safety?!? Please protect your love one's at all cost this is very unsafe no amount of money is worth putting my patient endanger Thankfully I contacted my agency to protect myself and a staff witness from the facility verified my concerns to my agency.
